Article 13 Human Right Declaration

Today in class we were discussing what you should do if a rapist is running after you
Suggestions included:
1) YELL: he's not my dad (most people will probably just think you are runnign from your dad) this was contributed by the teacher... YELL: rapist YELL: STOP TAKING YOUR PANTS OFF! (my idea)
When i repeated this to a friend of mine, she may have said of the following:
I AM ALLOWED TO TAKE MY PANTS OFF, ITS MY RIGHTS IN ARTICLE 13 of the HUMAN RIGHTS DECLARATION

Article 13: Freedom of movement

1. Everyone has the right to move freely and choose his residence within a State.
2. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and return to his country.
