oh right, i'll tell you guys about what happened when i added cream instead of butter:
at first, the buttercream was way too sloppy so i thought iwhipped should whip it some more so that it will come together
boys and girls, do you know what happens to cream once you whip it for too long? it separates and becomes.......*drumroll*..... BUTTER!!!
so now i had this separated mixture of butter, watery and foamy stuff
it seemed like such a waste to throw it all away (and also because my mum yelled at me for wasting food) so i strained the butter and put the liquid stuff in a separate bowl.
i reused the butter in my next batch of buttercream :D the butter from the cream tastes so much more better than regular butter :S i don't like the taste of plain butter anyway XD

P.S: i don't know if i've already said this but there's this awesome blog called the Sleep Talkin' Man and it's really funny XD for example, the sleep talkin man said this: "Mmm. Ramen for the heart, and udon for the soul." i have no idea what it means XD
